IDARRY – SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with IDARRY. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All provinces and territories in Canada

  • The United States

If we are unable to ship to a specific location, this will be indicated at checkout.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include delivery time.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.


3. Shipping Fees

🇨🇦 Canada

Shipping within Canada is included in the price displayed on our website.
No additional shipping charges will apply at checkout.

🇺🇸 United States

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • weight

  • selected shipping method


4. Delivery Timeframes

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
    (Delivery times may vary depending on your state.)

These timeframes may extend during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • a tracking number

  • a tracking link

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated availability date will be shown on the product page.

Your full order will ship once all items are in stock, unless you request a split shipment (additional fees may apply for U.S. orders).


7. Delays

IDARRY is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather conditions

  • customs

  • high-volume periods

  • incorrect shipping information

We will always assist you in tracking your parcel if issues arise.


8. Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for the reshipping fee (for U.S. orders).

  • Canadian reshipments remain free, but processing time may be longer.

Please check your details carefully before confirming your order.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, and surrounding areas

  2. Confirm with household members or neighbors

  3. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early)

We will open an investigation with the carrier.


10. United States Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • brokerage fees

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
